There's Always Plan B

Do you allow the activities that occur before you lay your head on your pillow at night to determine your attitude the next day?
Before you answer this question, allow me to explain:
You have your night all planned out: finish the evening tasks, prepare for the next day, and get 7-8 hours sleep. After all, a good mood and attitude, require a good night's sleep, right?
Then life happens, and you can't get to bed on time. You look at the clock, count the hours of sleep you'll get, and determine your attitude for the next day.
Or, you check the weather app before bed, and the forecast isn't what you hoped for. You go to bed already dreading the next day.
Don't give lack of sleep or the weather forecast permission to ruin your day!
Only you can control your attitude. On days when you aren't able to get 8 hours of sleep and the weather forecast is gloomy, why not be flexible and opt for Plan B?
I like what Suzy Toronto has to say about this:
Plan B
Plan A is always my first choice.
You know, the one where everything works out to be happily ever after.
But more often than not, I find myself dealing with the upside-down,
inside-out version where nothing goes as it should.
It's at this point that the real test of my character comes in.
Do I sink or do I swim? Do I wallow in self-pity and play the victim or simply shift gears
and make the best of the situation? The choice is mine. After all...
Life is all about how you handle Plan B.
Thought for the day - Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape!
Have A Great Day!

Thank you!
